01/04/2010 A fire at one of BT's main network nodes in central London has caused major problems with broadband connections across the country. Datastream circuits at 400+ exchanges are affected. Users on certain parts of our network (Longney, Leighterton, Cotswold Water Park) may be experiencing slower speeds due to these issues. The situation is not expected to change until after Easter.

resolved 09/03/2010 Commencing 23.45 our upstream uprovider will be performing network maintenance during a window lasting until 15.00 the next day. Customers may experience a short outage of no more than 5 mins during this time.

resolved 26/2/10 09.30 Customers in the Minety/Charlton areas are without a service at the moment - we suspect the cause is a power supply failure at our Braydon transmitter.

We have arranged to get access at 9.30 am on Friday 26th February to replace any faulty.equipment.
